A Chic Charcoal, Navy and Fuschia Wedding Colour Palette

Masculine meets feminine...

Okay, so i'll admit it. I am by far the biggest lover of pink in the One Fab Day office. Bubblegum pink? Love it. Dusky pink? Love it even more. So, I decided to take my love of pink and merge it with a chic edge for today's wedding colour palette. This dark and dramatic but oh-so-romantic scheme consists of moody jewel tones, smoky charcoal, black and navy and just the right amount of pink accented with gorgeous gold details. Whether you love or hate pink, this palette will have you looking at this feminine shade a whole lot differently...

How To Create A Chic Charcoal, Navy and Fuschia Wedding Colour Palette

  • Stationery: Choose a dark and dramatic botanical stationery suite with a hint of pink. You can always add a little geometric detail to give it a contemporary edge or gold calligraphy to give it a more romantic feel.
  • The Style: For the groom and his best men choose a dark charcoal suit paired with plum, burgundy or pink accessories. For the bridesmaids, a navy or gray flowy dress would be perfect and for the bride, chose a dramatic showstopper to bring the glamour.
  • Flowers, Cake and Styling: For blooms, Anemones are perfect for this look with their inky centres paired with blousy peonies, dahlias, ranunculus and roses. Don't be afraid to decorate with fruits like figs, grapes and berries. These are perfect for decorating a beautiful plain buttercream cake and for using at place settings.
