Wedding Trends 2010 - Birdcage Veils

The Top 10 Wedding Trends of 2010

Birdcage Veils were massive in 2010. There was a true return to the ladylike style, and what could be more glamorous than a birdcage over glossy hair, completed with gorgeous crimson lips? The big letters were also used as props in Photobooths - another 2010 wedding must-have. Props were a big feature, from wigs and glasses to...

Wedding Trends 2010 - Fake Moustaches

... Moustaches - yes people these are not just for Movember but for the whole year round. What started as hipster touch became mainstream and was see at as well as providing hilarious and cute offbeat photos. They are also a great device for photographers to use to relax the wedding party into having the portraits done - everyone has a great time with them and forgets they're even being photographed - Dave McClelland's work at Cindy and Dave's wedding is really good example. But it's not just in marquees, lanterns of all kinds - glass and metal hanging and standing lanterns are at entrance ways and on tables at weddings everywhere.
