Bringing Love Home: Morgan & Kathryn

Some couples just make a wedding look effortless, this vintage inspired Tullyveery House wedding is one

My own cousin is currently planning his Irish wedding from his home in England and I know it's far from easy, so today wedding film was a true inspiration. Both originally from Ireland Morgan and Kathryn met, fell in love, and currently live in Manchester, from where they planned their gorgeous wedding back home. The entire day looked like so much fun, with oodles of vintage inspired details, I just wish I could have been there to play with the amazing vintage caravan photobooth!  It's hard to believe this was all planned from hundreds of miles away, the whole day looks so effortless and relaxed.

To explain this love story: Kathryn and Morgan met like lots of us, after a few too many drinks on a night out. Both living in Manchester Kathryn was out with her girlfriends and Morgan with his future best man John. Walking down the street Kathryn heard the unmistakable accent of an Irish man and so turned around to introduce herself. John responded quietly and as he seemed uninterested Kathryn walked on with her friends. When the boys couldn't get into the bar, that both groups were going into, Kathryn asked John for his number so they could all go for a drink some time. Kathyrn and her pals had one more drink until like us all the chipper was suddenly a whole lot more appealing. While ordering their late night food fix who did they see again, only Morgan and John. The two groups chatted and went their separate ways home, or so they thought. Walking home they realised they lived across the road from each other, fate or what? Kathryn and Morgan went on a date the very next night and after a few more dates, it all just fell into place. For their wedding Kathryn and Morgan returned home and had their ceremony and reception at the gorgeous Tullyveery House. With a laid back vintage garden theme (complete with a stunning Jenny Packham wedding dress) it looked like everyone had a ball...
