Today's summer real wedding will have you smiling from start to finish. Sinéad and Coral tied the knot in a rustically romantic celebration at the charming Horetown House in Co. Wexford. The brides looked breathtaking in floral embroidery gowns and they wore flowers in their hair which only added to the whimsical vibe. Sinéad even skipped tradition by slipping on a pair of cowboy boots! With a heartwarming first look moment, a sunlit ceremony coloured by gorgeous greenery, uber-pretty pastel mix and match bridesmaid dresses, a show-stopping sparkling reception and the most romantic meadow moment at sunset, there is so much to love. Come on the magical journey of their big day and check out the wonderful wedding images from Brautrausch Wedding Photography below.
So let's find out more about our newlyweds, shall we? Sinéad and Coral are both Irish and they live in Belgium. Their love story is a modern-day romance as sparks flew between them after they met online.
We don't need to spell it out that we love engagement stories here on One Fab Day. When it came to popping the question Sinéad and Coral had the exact same idea. "We had both planned to surprise the other with a proposal while on holiday in Budapest. We did that while on a dinner boat cruise on the Danube."
Sinéad and Coral were enchanted by the history and the elegant aesthetic of Horetown House. "The house itself is older than the United States of America. We loved the overall look and feel. It was a historic place that perfectly matched our ideas of a wedding venue."
The family-owned and sustainably run 18th-century country house is adored for its 'home from home' atmosphere, the stunning grounds (10 acres of wild meadows surround it) and the interiors which ooze old-age charm. "It was very much a vintage boho theme with a relaxed vibe," Coral shares. 110 of their nearest and dearest joined them as they tied the knot on August 12th, 2022.
They dreamt of their special day being very classical and whimsical with a lush palette of greens mixed with neutrals such as cream and ivory. The brides looked absolutely phenomenal and they both wore ethereal fit and flare gowns by a Ukrainian designer with stunning floral embroidery and they wore florals in their glamorously curled hair.
Coral opted for an off the shoulder dress with billowy sleeves and a voluminous skirt with floral embroidery throughout. The glowing bride accessorised with point-toe strappy wedding heels and white and orange bead bracelets while she wore delicate baby's breath in her hair.
Sinéad's floral embroidery and lace gown with a plunge neckline and a frothy tulle skirt was also a breathtaking botanical beauty and she opted for rustic and textured flowers in her hair. They carried bouquets white flowers and fresh foliage.
The bridesmaids looked incredible in pastel mix and match bridesmaid dresses in a magical medley of fabrics from satin gowns with sparkling belts to flowing chiffon while floral embroidery flourished across others. Their flower girls were adorable princesses wearing tulle dresses with scalloped lace sleeves and whimsical flower crowns created from white and pink carnations and roses.
The page boy looked so dapper in his check suit with a sweet pastel pink bow tie. Foliage bouquets are not just beautiful but budget-friendly too and the bridesmaids carried arrangements that were a gift from Coral's sister Debbie.
They exchanged vows in front of an imposing ceremony arch with verdant foliage flowing from a wooden structure which was executed to perfection by Coral's mother Eileen and her cousin Olga. They opted for a handfasting ritual which is such a sweet Celtic ritual. Even their ring box tied into the rusticism of their wedding day too. Carved in the shape of a love heart and lined the pearls, their glittering rings rested in a bed of moss.
When it came to creating the note-perfect soundtrack to their ceremony, they chose music themed on The Greatest Showman because of the messages of inclusivity and bravery. Their favourite pieces of music were Never Enough and This Is Me.
Horetown House have grown their own flowers and herbs organically for years and the farm-to-fork approach ensures that an unforgettable feast is always on the menu.
Their reception in the Garden Room was a stunningly sparkling affair. With the neutral tablescape palette, the rustic nature of the space shone bright. Twinkling fairy lights created a fairytale glow and striking foliage centrepieces hung above the tables.
They had a lovely lineup of wedding favours that their guests could choose from with bottle openers disguised as keys, candles with faux flowers and magnets. Reflecting on the atmosphere of their special day, they say: "Our family played a huge role in the big day, we had such support from both sides."
"Really the love we felt from the room was uplifting. For us it was about the moments." For Coral, her favourite moment was their first look. "We were both nervous and got to take a minute to just to be with each other and enjoy the moment. For Sinéad it was making our vows with everyone to share it with us and witness our commitment."
"It was a truly unforgettable magical day that could never be matched in any other experience. It went by far too fast and in a blink of an eye it's over. We both loved proclaiming our love for each other to everyone we cared about. We loved sharing our big day with everyone there and the love and support we felt from them was so immense."
Wooden accents featured throughout their wedding styling from their table plan display to the super sweet heart-shaped personalised wedding cake topper. Guests were treated to a selection of gorgeous vegan sweet treats after dinner.
How breathtaking was this moment the newlyweds shared together in the meadow at sunset? A sparkler send-off photo is always a magical addition to the wedding photography checklist. Sinéad and Coral shared the special moment together before heading back to their reception where the party kicked off. When it comes to wedding planning, Coral advises engaged couples to take their time.
"Plan for the about two years out, and budget monthly and hit those targets. Every target should equal a milestone on their tracker and check in with your suppliers every six months. My advice is spread your wedding out over as many days as possible so you can catch up with those who do travel. You won't regret that. Yes, it will be more expensive but this event is worth a few days spread out."
"Also choose your photographer carefully, we felt like we won the lotto with Dirk our photographer. He was instantly friends with our guests and they trusted him immediately. This is why you get some happy smiling pictures, the glint in some eyes and the cheeky grins and special moments all captured. The bits we would have never seen or experienced Dirk did, and we are forever grateful he shared them with us."
"If we were to ever have another event we would fly him in from Germany in a heartbeat." Sinéad and Coral jetted off to the States for their honeymoon. "We went to Boston, then Orlando and onto New Orleans! It was a wonderful trip and highly recommended!"
