Coming back from the holidays, even the lovely job of wedding blogger, is a bit of a slump, let's face it, no matter how good your job is, dragging yourself away from vino, wham and selection boxes is always a wrench. So I was delighted on Tuesday to open up my email and discover a true gem, a wedding film that captures all the magic of a beautiful wedding day.
Robert and Madeleine were married in September in the Village at Lyons and Rodolphe from Best Day Productions was there to catch it all on camera - the fun, joy, laughter and romance.

"For us he captured the day so well, but also how he understood the subjects in capturing them, and I am not just talking about ourselves. We got our full DVD yesterday and he managed to perfectly portray (our families') characters flawlessly. We spent the morning giggling our hearts out, and of course me weeping, going through the memories of the day. And what a day it was...to spend a day surrounded by all you love who decided your day was important enough for them not be elsewhere was a complete honour. We felt truly humbled by the love and well wishes."
