The demand for sustainable wedding flowers is on the rise so we're thrilled to feature suppliers who are going above and beyond to make weddings more green and eco-friendly. One such supplier is O’Reilly Flowers and today we're delighted to feature them and share their work as our Supplier of the Day.
A Family-Run Flower Farm Specialising in Beautiful & Sustainable Wedding Flowers
O’Reilly Flowers, run by Vilma and Cormac O’Reilly, is based in the picturesque village of Mountnugent overlooking Lough Sheelin where the borders of Meath, Cavan, Westmeath and Longford meet. A family-run flower farm, awarded many gold medals at Bloom over the years, O’Reilly Flowers both grow and arrange their wedding flowers sustainably.
Cormac, with the help of their daughters, focuses mainly on the growing and production of the flowers and foliage, which allows artisan floral designer Vilma to give her full attention to the creative side of the business. Taking cues from nature, Vilma utilises seasonal blooms, foliage, branches, and other creative ingredients to evoke each couple's personal style and with a meticulous eye, creates refreshing yet timeless compositions. The O’Reilly Flowers aesthetic is a great fit for those drawn to natural, effortless elegance.
