Today's real wedding is truly romantic, rustic and relaxed. Clare and Nick spent two years planning their dream wedding so of course it is complete with tons of enviable little details, gorgeous floral arrangements, and their charming little boy. Check out all the love and magical moments captured by Lucy Noble Photography at the beautiful South Farm.
Clare tells us how they met..."Well my best friend Coralie had a little tiff with her boyfriend (who is now her husband) and called me up as she needed a 'Clare' night out! So we got ourselves ready and off we went, after some cocktails and some giggles this group of lads walked in. I spotted Nick straight away and said 'oh he a bit of alright' to which Coralie replied 'really'. We spent the night with the group of lads and myself and Nick swapped numbers at the end."Â They immediately hit it off.
Nick proposed to Clare on the day they finally moved into their dream house together. It had been a long hard day of sorting and cleaning the new place and the couple had just collapsed on their sofa when Nick slid off onto one knee. Nick told Clare..."It has been the best day and I want to make it even better by asking you to be my wife."
Clare shares..."By this time I had gone into complete shock and was unable to talk, which is very unlike me. After what felt like five minutes passed Nick said 'well don't leave me hanging here', to which I replied of course!"
Clare and Nick found their dream venue, South Farm. It provided the perfect backdrop for their rustic and relaxed outdoor wedding. Clare explains..."I just totally fell in love, the gardens, the way they grow and produce most of the beautiful food from the small holding itself. They were so organised and I really liked the way the whole of the venue was yours for the day, I would recommend South Farm within a heart beat."
Family, friends, and staying true to themselves were the most important part of the happy couples big day. Their adorable son, Ronnie, played a huge party in their day, which is what they had always planned.
Their day was made extra special by little and big touches from family and friends. With two years to plan their dream wedding, Clare and Nick could really pay attention to all the little details and make their day their own. Clare's friend Sarah designed all the stationery and artwork, for which Clare claims she deserves a medal.
Clare also adds..."The other lady I have to massively thank was Dana our florist, the moment we met we just clicked, she liked to do things different and was pleased I liked the out of the ordinary. The wonderful arch that she created to give the grand entrance to the aisle which then became our 'rustic' photo booth for the evening. My beautiful bouquet that held the photos of my two nans and dad who could sadly not be there in person but were very much there walking me down the aisle."
The newlyweds are currently planning their dream three week honeymoon to Italy and cannot wait to go explore as much as they can.
Congratulations to the happy couple and thank you so much for sharing your big day with us. A big thanks to Lucy Noble Photography for sharing her lovely photos with us. To see more from Lucy Noble Photography visit www.lucynoble.com
