Jacqueline and Derek live in Edinburgh but love Dublin so much they thought they'd bring all their favourite people over for their wedding! They hosted their friends and family at The Clarence Hotel for the weekend - they're the biggest U2 fans you'll ever meet, so the Bono-owned spot was appropriate. The officially tied the knot in a Catholic ceremony at the ornate Newman University Church on St Stephen's Green and after headed back to The Clarence Hotel for cocktails in the Octagon Bar followed by dinner and dancing and lots of fun! Their day was captured by September Pictures and you can see the rest of their beautiful wedding here.
The Next Chapter...
Laura and Daniel met in the Big Apple on Laura's birthday and have been inseparable ever since! On a beautiful sunset evening overlooking the Manhattan skyline Daniel popped the question, the beautiful Laura said yes and so began the wedding planning and the big move home. After 7 years in New York, they were ready to settle down close to family and friends. So not only were they planning a wedding, they were also moving country! Planned to perfection, the pair tied the knot in the beautiful Ballymagarvey Village surrounded by their nearest and dearest and so began their next chapter. Their day was captured by The Fennells and you can see it all in full here.
Childhood Sweethearts Say I Do
Childhood sweethearts Grace and Anthony met at their local teenage disco 12 years ago and they have been inseparable since that day! Avid travellers, they set off to Australia seven years on a backpacking adventure and have since settled in Kalgoorlie in western Australia. They travelled back home to Carlingford to tie the knot and family & Friends travelled to Ireland from all corners of the globe to witness these childhood sweethearts make it official. The wedding reception was at The Four Seasons Hotel in the picturesque village of Carlingford and the beautiful Cooley mountains, Carlingford Lough and pretty cobbled streets provided the ideal backdrop for this stunning wedding. Grace wowed in a stunning two piece gown from a French designer Rime Arodaky from The White Gallery. A Double Celebration
Beautiful bride and groom Gosia and Lukas fell in love 11 years ago in Poland during their time at college. Inspired by their close friends decided to tie the knot in romantic Portuguese town - Sesimbra. They had friends and family there from all three countries that are special for them: Poland, Ireland and Portugal. The pair said I do in an intimate church ceremony was held in the Igreja de Santa Maria followed by christening of their 2 years old daughter Kaya (how lovely!). They then celebrated with family and friends at the magical Nossa Senhora Villa's garden which sits on the highest hill overlooking the ocean and Sesimbra town. This amazing double celebration lasted over 3 days, now that's a celebration I'd love to have been a guest at! All the memories were captured by Memories by Magda and you can see more of their big day here.
