Happy Weekend folks! It's Saturday Selection time so that means we have another four lovely couples along with sneak peeks of their big day to share with you. This weeks bunch features two chic Dublin City Weddings and a Trudder Lodge and Leixlip Manor and Gardens celebration. Let's take a look...
An Urban Fairytale
Naomi and Alex had a super stylish two day affair in Dublin City last September. Having recently returned home from living in New York, they wanted a chilled urban wedding that reflected their style and personalities. Day one began with the ceremony in Dublin Registry Office followed by a sunny walk through Trinity College to l'Gueuleton on Fleet Street. Day two featured a gorgeous blessing and reception with family and friends in The Drury Buildings. They were looking for contemporary, quirky and candid photographs, nothing too traditional and that's just what creative Emma of Emma May Photography gave them. You can see the rest of their fun two-day wedding over on Emma's blog.
A Wedding Dream Team
Lovin' Dublin
Clare & Jaime got married on a windy day in Dublin. They celebrated with their nearest and dearest in City Hall followed by a evening of food and fun in The Clarence Hotel, a gorgeous day from start to finish. Talented bride Clare made her own bouquet and cake! To capture some gorgeous memories Clare and Jaime had little wander and snapped some portraits around the city with wonderful photographer Claire Jean of CJ Nash Photography. Jaime is a big Bohemians football fan so what better spot in Dublin than the floodlights of Dalymount park in the distance for some beautiful portraits. See their big day in full over on CJ Nash's blog.
Teenage Sweethearts
Sinead and Connor's love story started in Dunboyne, Co. Meath when they were sixteen. They tied the knot not too far away from where it all began at Leixlip Manor and Gardens with a family friend conducting a short ceremony on the day, making sure it was personal to them. They had friends and family there from all over the world, including Conor's mother who is terminally ill and so was incredibly happy to make it from the states. The couple wanted to add some extra special personal touches so the bride along with friends and made all of the decorations themselves! Nicolette Spelic (a One Fab Day alumni!) was on hand to capture it all and you can see more of Nicolette's work over on her blog.
