There are so many different ways to get married. You could do a registry office and a restaurant in the city, you could have a weekend-long gathering in a big country house, or you could keep things intimate, sharing a meal around a table with your closest friends. For today's Saturday Selection, we're bringing major inspiration, with four entirely unique, entirely beautiful real weddings. All you have to do is decide which style of bash is the one for you!
Stylish City Affair: Sarah & Stephen
Sarah and Stephen tied the knot with a personalised, low-key registry office ceremony, taking a stroll around Stephen's Green with their gorgeous little girl, before meeting up with friends and family at Cliff Townhouse, for a stylish and fun celebration. We've fallen hard for this bride's alternative wedding day look - her dress is by designer Francoise, from Emporium Kalu boutique in Naas. Danielle O'Hora Photography documented the day beautifully, see more of her wonderful work here.
Vintage Details: Norabeth & Bryan
Norabeth and Bryan said their vows in the light-filled White Room at Horetown House. This head over heels pair fell in love with the Wexford wedding venue, adding their own hand-crafted touches to the house's beautiful wedding decor and assorted antiques. We love that Norabeth went all in on her show-stopping vintage look, and it seems the roaring twenties were very much in mind as the couple and their guests partied in the residents bar until the wee hours. Weddings by Lee & Edyta were tasked with documenting all the fun, you can see more of this special wedding here.
West meets Wesht: Stefani & Niall
We LOVE the vibe behind Stefani and Niall's gorgeous Mount Falcon Estate wedding! The California bride and Galway groom opted for a 'West meets Wesht!' affair, bringing friends and family together in Ireland to celebrate their marriage. The pair, who live in the Bay Area, met at university in Galway and have been smitten ever since. Their wedding, captured beautifully by Molten Sky Media, was a blend of style and sophistication, with a touch of tradition and lashings of craic! See more of their fabulous bash here.
Keeping It Simple: Andrea & Bill
Andrea and Bill are a couple after our own hearts with their beautifully simple and ultra laid-back wedding. After the sweetest first look, the pair made their way to the seafront by Annestown House in Waterford to say their vows surrounded by just 20 of their very closest friends. Ever since the couple first stayed at their friends' cottage in Annestown, they knew the wanted to get married by the cliffs there. The couple's mantra for the day was 'keep it simple', with wildflowers collected by their friends, trad music playing at their reception, and a beautiful round table with their dearest pals. Primalux Photography documented the celebration every step of the way, see the wedding in full, here.
