A look originated by Anna Bond of Rifle Paper Co., it's fair to say that wedding stationery featuring pretty whimsical florals with soft calligraphy touches and handwritten fonts, is the wedding stationery look du jour. Feminine, light-hearted and that little bit hipster, they satisfy the ever-present urge for a touch of granny chic but with a more contemporary twist. Frankly, we heart rustic whimsical floral invitations and all the accompanying stationery in a big way. Hence today Karen has gathered a little round up of some fab designs and the stationers who can create them for you...
Originally only available as completely bespoke pieces of art from Rifle, a variety of different stationery companies have evolved whimsical floral invitation templates so while still not the cheapest option when it comes to picking a stationery design, they are getting more affordable. As always, it's the level of individualisation that you require, or those luxury touches like gold foil printing or embossing that will increase the price.

A personal favourite here in One Fab Day HQ are the contrast whimsical floral invitaions - the pastel on black versions. Adding an edge to the look, the ramp up the cool factor and marry perfectly with chalkboards or blackboards if you're planning on working them into your reception decor (just be sure and have the calligraphy right on any boards, nothing worse than badly lettered signage).
