But then every once in a while you see a wedding that makes you really sit up and take notice, a bona fide bolt of inspiration, a breath of fresh air. Today's Galway real wedding is just that - a beautiful blast of retro fun, and super slick style in the G Hotel when Betty & Alex eloped last summer.

The fantastically eclectic Philip Treacy designed interiors of the G Hotel provide an almost stage-set like location, from the hot pink lounge to the neon brights of the reception area, and vertigo swirled carpets, for a fun loving couple with individual style it is the perfect place to capture their wedding day.

Moving within the hotel to the light and airy drawing room, a change of decor, and a change of mood when Siobhan Byrne also caught the couple in more intimate poses.
