Every year Pantone declares a particular colour "The Colour of the Year", a hue that fashion, interior, beauty and product designers and even wedding industry professionals then use to help guide their designs for the following year. This year the chosen colour is Radiant Orchid, "a captivating, magical, enigmatic purple". This pretty shade is a mix of fuchsia and purple with pink undertones, making for a perfect wedding colour. Purple is a perennial favourite among brides so we hope you like today's Radiant Orchid Wedding Colour Palette showing how you can incorporate the colour of the year into your big day...
To put this look together we used radiant orchid alongside shades of dusky purple and pink and added in a little touch of grey-green to balance out the palette. The look blends soft florals and fruit evoking hints of lazy late summer days just before the harvest comes.
