Brimming with contemporary, yet romantic details, lush pastel florals, a perfect modern bridal look, as well as a trendy champagne tower to boot, we know you'll fall in love with every inch of this stunning modern loft wedding inspiration shoot! Toujours Events and Jacqueline & Laura Photography along with their talented design team weaved their wedding magic, and the result is a modern-romantic take on the industrial-set "I do."
The shoot setting was Huguenot Mill, a cosy and chic loft space in an old textile mill in Greenville, South Carolina. Featuring original mill windows, beam ceilings, exposed brick, and vintage architectural hardware, it was the perfect location for this romantic urban/rustic wedding shoot.
The talented photography team Jacqueline & Laura Photography, tell us the inspiration behind this gorgeous wedding inspiration shoot. "The goal of this shoot was to create images that reflected a real wedding, but with unique pieces, and statements to inspire couples on how they could incorporate eye-catching designs into their special days. The design team for this shoot set out to create something unique and never seen before when dreaming up the vision for this shoot. The goal was modern & elegant, with pops of style."
"A few highlights of the shoot included the draped cedar arch that framed a custom-designed serpentine tablescape, set with sleek modern flatware in gold that brought warmth and vibrance to the space."
"The soft and warm hues of this shoot were emphasized by stunning florals that graced the tablescape, and ceremony arch, and were immersed throughout the design."
The soft delicate floral arrangements consisting of ranunculus, roses, anemones and tulips created by Statice completed the romantic tabletop look perfectly.
All the fabulous paper goods were by Cotton & Cursive.
The bride wore a satin, form-fitted gown with on-trend puff sleeves that tied in with the modern-meets-classic look. The flawless bridal beauty look and elegant chignon provided a sleek and modern glam vibe.
The photographers add, "Finally, another key factor of the shoot was incorporating moments from a real wedding day. We feel like in someways, styled shoots that only focus on pretty details are a thing of the past. It was important to us from the very beginning of planning that a real couple model and that we create images that reflected an actual wedding day. The couple shared a first dance, poured a champagne tower, & cut their cake to represent all the sentimental events of a wedding day!"
