Adorably Samantha and Aaron met when they both started a new job on the exact same day. Finding camaraderie in being the newbies Samantha and Aaron quickly realised they were more than just colleagues, or friends, and began to date. Years later they found themselves marrying in a spectacular wedding at Deanes at Queens, Belfast, complete with a sparkling Charlie Brear gown and captured by the lovely Forever Social.
Samantha tells us a little bit about their wedding day..."We picked November 7th as the date we would get married and knew pretty much from the off where would spend our day. Deanes at Queens, a gorgeous modern but cosy restaurant in Belfast, was always our favourite place to eat and it was important to us that the food on the day was a real memory for our guests. So we met with the staff and the chef Chris Fearon and it was a done deal. We wanted a bit of a city wedding vibe, casual but still elegant, with the venues close to minimise logistic hassle for our friends and family. We visited the Ulster Museum and the Belfast Room there was just perfect for a ceremony - it is a gallery space and so has great lighting, but the parquet floor is one of the original features. It didn't take us long to decide that the two venues were perfect for us.
We were so, so fortunate with all the suppliers that we used for the day. The girls at Petticoat Lane could not be more lovely and were able to suss out what I was looking for in a dress straight away. I went for a Charlie Brear silk slip dress with a deco lace over dress and a beaded sash. It was so comfortable and I still have it hanging up on display at home."
Huge congratulations to you both and thanks so much for sharing your wedding day with us all! A big thank also goes to Forever Social for sharing their work with us. To see more from Forever Social visit www.forever-social.co.uk
