City Chic

Rachel and Robin have known each other for more than 14 years, but it was more than a decade before Robin got around to asking Rachel out on a date! A Lesson in Love

From Canada to Cork - not your typical journey to find true love, but so it was for Alice and Yusuf, whose paths crossed at UCC as they studied Medicine. After a First Look to calm the nerves and enjoy some time together, they were married in the Cork Registry in the company of their friends. After the ceremony the couple enjoyed a walk through the English Market in Cork where they were presented with personalized cakes and champagne by their lovely photographer (so cute!). They then headed off for portraits with David Casey Photography at Fitzgerald Park and to the Quad in UCC before celebrating at the Garryvoe Hotel.

Jennifer and Donnacha currently live in Switzerland so their wedding was a truly international affair with people flying in from all over the world. They had a beautiful humanist ceremony at the Village at Lyons, followed by an amazing wedding reception. Friends and family wholeheartedly took part in the Swiss tradition of performing songs (and some hilarious dance acts), making it a fun packed day! The whole day was captured by photographer Tara Aherne and you can see their the rest of this fun packed day over on her blog.
