Today's colour inspiration is a very feminine, pink affair, but not in the sickly sweet sense. We have chosen dusty pink as a base colour and mixed it with shades of peach, taupe and sage. You might think this inspiration is more suited to a summer wedding (for which it would be fabulous!) but we think it would be just as equally beautiful for a winter one, think warm furs mixed with a touch of sparkle and voila!
Bringing the inside out is a huge wedding trend emerging from the states and Irish brides too have been getting in on the action, just check out our recent Real Wedding Corrie and Michael by photographer Sarah Fyffe . Having somewhere comfy for your guests to mingle make the wait between the ceremony and the reception more enjoyable.
We decided on peonies to compliment this board for their gorgeous fullness and pretty shades. How gorgeous do they look on that cake? Such a simple idea and yet so strikingly beautiful.
