Today's real wedding looks like it came straight out of a movie set, as Hannah and Jonathan celebrated with a stunning 1920's themed wedding in Kilshane House. Which was brilliantly executed with beautiful style and details - you know it's a good sign when even the guests show up in full costume! Cormac Byrne captured this Gatsby-goes-Irish wedding and we're thrilled to share it with you today...
Hannah and Jonathan met in New York at a choir audition for a group they ended up working with for two years. However, Hannah and Jonathan didn't start off on quite the right foot...Jonathan asked me was I taking English as a second language on our first meeting! Luckily he rebounded quickly and the rest is history.
When it came to the proposal Jonathan kept it simple... It was a little here and there, but eventually on the way to do grocery shopping (in a tracksuit!) Jonathan proposed to me in Prospect Park, near our apartment. Afterwards we celebrated by playing pool and drinking beer!
Despite their engagment in tracksuits, Hannah and Jonathan decided to turn the tables for their wedding and go all out in 1920s style glamour. Hannah looks stunning in her beaded Jenny Packham gown complete with a vintage hair style.
And Hannah's bridesmaids follwed suit with their 1920s style dresses, that were found at a vintage shop! They suit the style of the day perfectly and we can't get over this little flower girl in perfect 1920s pleats, beading and pearls - she's a flapper in training!
Hannah and Jonathan chose Kilshane House in County Tipperary for their ceremony and reception... It's just a spectacular place, very intimate and stately but not pretentious.
Hannah looks like she could be the lady of the manor! The deep green walls made for an incredible backdrop with her gorgeous dark hair...
Jonathan and his groomsmen are looking seriously dapper in their suits, with pink button holes to match Hannah's bouquet.
Hannah and Jonathan's priorities were simple - to have an intimate, fun day with all of their favourite people and it looks like it's shaping up to be just that.
Hannah and Jonathan had their ceremony in the beautiful glass house at Kilshane House. Some of their friends and family performed at the ceremony, what a nice touch!
The wedding guests jumped on the 1920s theme with lots of vintage style and glamour. It's so nice to see the guests getting involved in the fun of the day.
Hannah and Jonathan stole a few moments alone in the stunning gardens.
I mean, come on. Do they not look like they're straight out of a movie!
With a 1920s soiree to attend Hannah and Jonathan headed off to enjoy the rest of their stylish day, but before she left Hannah had these words of wisdom to our future brides...Don't go overboard. Less is more. Great advice Hannah!
These two glamorous newlyweds are heading off to a rainforest for their honeymoon! And I hope they'll be wearing 1920s exploring gear and carrying vintage traveling bags - a girl can dream!
