Let's just say the plain white sugarcraft or fondant wedding cake - you know the ones with the smooth icing - has been reinvented by cake designers all over the world and been given a new contemporary twist. With colour we've seen all sorts of designs coming through. These are no ordinary wedding cakes, oh no! These are truly beautiful yet edible works of art - true statement cakes.
