Today's real wedding is one that will make you smile. Having met online Jade and James fell madly in love, and after James proposed in the rain they began to plan a cheerful, colourful barn wedding at Clock Barn in the UK. When the wedding starts with a turtle (named burger) you know it's going to be good...

A modern romance Jade and James met on match.com. Jade remembers..."James viewed my profile but I never got a message! I sent him one and the rest is history."

Aware that Jade loves everything about the coast James took her to Durdle Door in Dorset the day after her 28th birthday to propose. It was a wet and cold January afternoon, yet totally romantic and Jade of course said yes.

Jade and James weren't fussed having a traditional wedding and instead chose a colourful, rustic barn celebration at Clock Barn.

Jade remembers..."As soon as we turned onto the long country lane that led up to the Barn we both knew we would be booking Clock Barn that day! The Barn felt warm and cosy which is exactly what we wanted."

The charming barn venue was decorated with personalised seed packet favours, mini Jam Jars, lots of bunting and a super impressive DIY floral cake made by Jade's mum. Jade told us..."The cake my mum made was special as we designed it together."

Jade recounts the other special elements of their wedding day..."The miniature steel horseshoe I carried down the aisle, my bouquet and just having our closest family and friends with us on our special day."

Following their cute and colourful wedding Jade and James honeymooned in Mexico. The highlight? "Swimming with turtles."
