Idris and Thais have always been opposites so it was no surprise that when Idris proposed he wanted an intimate laid back wedding, whereas Thais wanted a big party celebration. Combining both, Idris and Thais came up with a perfect relaxed colour pop wedding day with the main priorities being to eat lots, dance lots and have a great time. With bold bursts of sunny yellow this wedding by Annie Gozard is sure to brighten up even the dullest of days...

For Thais and Idris it has always been a strong case of opposites attract. Thais adores fun bright colours, hustle and bustle and vibrancy whereas Idris is all about the calm and serene minimal vibes. For their unique wedding they encompassed this perfectly with a beautiful mix of bright strong colours and a paired back relaxed wedding reception.

Gorgeous alternative bride Thais describes their wedding style..."I wanted a colourful wedding with lots of great hats, Idris wanted something very simple. Fortunately, when we do things together, the result makes us both very happy."

To incorporate her love of colour Thais dressed her little flowergirls in floral printed jumpsuits, little yellow cardigans and dainty flower crowns to match her own. So unique, and a really great idea if your flower girls aren't typically girly.

For Thai's own wedding look she chose a stunning deep V Rime Arodaky wedding dress with subtle lace detailing - perfect for her relaxed French wedding.

To compliment Idris' laid back mentality the reception was very chilled with outdoor games, lots of tea in vintage china and simple wild flowers.

The meal was then held in the castle stables, with most guests staying in a large country house nearby.
