Happy Tuesday Peeps! If you've managed to nab yourself a ticket to some of the hottest music festivals this Summer, you have festival fever like us! Music, drinks in cups, nibbles and sweet treats, bunting galore and colourful tipis and marquees, not to mention plenty of fun filled antics, throw in some nuptials and it sounds like the perfect Summer day, don't you think? We are loving the festival style that is surrounding us lately and it makes for the perfect boho chic festival wedding decor.

Sinead and Joe’s fabulous festival garden party was full of fun and funky details. With an eclectic mix of props and decorations such as festoon lighting, giant 6ft toadstools, large rustic tubs of wild flowers and mirror balls hung from trees the atmosphere was truly a fun festival one! All the fabulous festivities were captured by Poppies and Me.
As lovers of music and festivals, it was important to Emily and Stef that they had a wedding where they could relax and have fun with all their friends and family in a laid back festival style celebration. The guests were treated to two DJ set-ups, BBQ breakfasts, a sushi brunch, a hog-roast, falafel, , face-painting and balloons as well as participating in camping, crafts and games making the whole thing a big massive weekend celebration! Xander and Christine said ‘I do’ in a very chilled out and colour-tastic festival style wedding in Ballymena. Their laid back affair had a relaxed BBQ theme with the guests dining in tipis, chilling out on bales of hay and drinking from old jam jars! Jeff Newsom was on had to capture their incredible big day.
Visra and Chris wanted a mellow Burning Man, concert type of celebration at home resulting in a dream festival style big day! Their wedding consisted of delicious food, mixologist’s mixing top notch cocktails, and 2 bands and a DJ to keep the party going into the wee hours of the morning. Their big day was featured on Green Wedding Shoes with gorgeous photos by Jenny Kim.
Rebecca and Stuart's Wedfest Wedding Rebecca and Stuart’s larger than life Real Wedding aptly titled ‘Wedfest’ is a whirlwind of creativity and deliciousness from the start, with incredible enchanted forest styling to carnival themed waiters in glitter and top hats to a delicious pig roasted on a spit. Their truly inspiring day was captured by Rubistyle.
Nadine and Neil tied the knot at the super cool Latitude festival in Suffolk. Their colour-filled wedding was a whole lotta fun for all! We just love the photos of Nadine and Neil by Chris Barber interacting outside in the festival areas being greeted with so many well wishers as they wondered around!
With a wedding filled with vintage charm, gorgeous florals and a festival vibe evening of entertainment complete with an airstream out door bar, live bands playing in a marquee, festoon lighting and a chip van for some late night food, Claire and Ollie's vintage chic meets RocknRoll style wedding sounds like our kind of party! This fabulous day was caught on camera by Gareth McGaughey.
Laura and Toby got married at Glastonbury, the festival of all festivals! They celebrated with some cocktails, hung out in a cool tipi and then shot at some of Glasto's famous landmarks with Toast - Photography with Soul.
Helen and Kevin celebrated their vows with a totally chilled out, homemade, country-fair/festival extravaganza in Hilden Brewery in last September. Their big day was captured beautifully by Images by Paper Window.
