Lynn and David's Marlfield House wedding was a sweet homecoming for the couple who planned their wedding from Australia - and it was a helluva party!

What better way to catch up with all your family and friends than to come home to Ireland to get married! That's what Dubliners, Lynn and David, did when they planned their wedding from their home in Australia, with the help of their family in Ireland they put together a gorgeous day in Marlfield House, and Bella and Bold were on hand to capture all the lovely details...

Living in Australia, Lynn is far from her Irish home so it was extra special for Lynn to be able to get ready in her family house with her loved ones all around her.

Lynn looks simply elegant, we love the vintage feel to her post wedding photos.

Lynn's sisters, Ciara and Gill, made stunning and supportive bridesmaids, they clearly have a very sweet bond.

After a romantic ceremony, with a few laughs along the way, the newlyweds headed off to their reception in Marlfield House in David’s first car, a navy blue Mini which was nicely accessorised for the occasion!

Lynn and David escaped for some private moments in the grounds of Marlfield house for a photoshoot as husband and wife...

However, they weren't alone for long, I'm loving this ginger intruder! (Lucy is a major cat fan - Ed)

Lynn really was the belle of the ball and David is one lucky groom, we are loving her whole look especially her stunning enchanted atelier head piece from Myrtle Ivory.

Back at the party, Lynn and David must have brought the Australian weather back with them as the guest were able to enjoy the stunning gardens at Marlfield House in the beautiful sunshine, the house was a gorgeous reception location.

Guest enjoyed cakes from Primrose Cottage Cakes, wedding favours collected by David's mother from her visit to Sydney and Lynn ordered lots of other bits and pieces like photo props and confetti cones from etsy, if that wasn't enough Lynn and David organised fancy dress props for the guest to have fun with after the dinner because there was a very special band lined up...

Smash Hits! The 90s band really got the party started as the evening went into party mode with the happy couple and their guests dancing into the night!
