Having met in the epic surroundings of The Fever Tree Forest, it was only fitting that Dani and Sean return here for their stunning safari wedding. Joined by their nearest and dearest, Love Made Visible, and some elephants and zebras, today's one of a kind real wedding will have you packing your bags and planning a trip into the wild...
Dani tells us their story..."We met up at Pafuri in the northern Kruger Park where I was a manager and Sean a guide. We then moved onto Londolozi and finally Mombo, we now live in Cape Town and run our own safari travel business called African-Born Safaris."
To propose Sean took Dani on a helicopter trip over the Okavango Delta, landing in a remote part where friends had set up a picnic blanket. Dani of course said yes and they began to plan their truly epic safari wedding back where they first met. How dreamy!
Dani gushes..."It was the most perfect setting for us, it's where we met and also now where we tied the knot. Friends and family in the bush together, it was so much fun!"
On the morning of the wedding the wedding flowers were gathered outside Kruger Park, before Dani made her trip into the bush for an authentic South African ceremony amongst the wilderness.
Elephants and zebras greeted guests on the paths, creating a magical and incredibly unique atmosphere. Dinner and drinks were then celebrated outdoors, overlooking the Luvuvhu River.
Continuing the outdoor experience Dani and Sean then honeymooned in the Moremi Game Reserve for a week before flying to Vilanculos and Benguarra Island. Dani recalls..."Azura Benguerra was amazing."
Huge congratulations to you both and thanks so much for sharing your safari wedding with us all! A big thank you also goes to Love Made Visible for sharing their work with us. To see more from Love Made Visible visit www.lovemadevisible.co.za
